外国人可办理邮政绿卡?

Just now too excited about this option and forgotten to do a search by myself 1st.

Just checked China Post, but cant find any info. Had emailed them about the enquiry. Hopefully I will get a reply from them. Will update you guys when I get any news.

My mail to China Post was considered spam... Anyone here can help me with the above enquiries?
Will be planning a 2-3 months period of travelling in China.
Ain't really sure how long I'll be staying in each area, depend on mood ba. But strongly believe I will be spending a longer period of time in Tibet. So really in need of a local bank account. Does anyone know of any local bank that allow foreigners to open a saving account with ATM fuction?
Any answer will be welcome.
